Saturday night after my Grandma's service, Ektor and I went to a Greek restaurant in Phoenix to check out a band we were interested in hiring for our wedding. Long story short, we weren't impressed. But we did meet my absolutely best friend Maggie (oh come on does she really need an introduction? We've only been inseparable since we were 16), her beau Percy, and my two adorable nieces/goddaughters. Here's a couple pics from dinner and dancing. More about our weekend to come.

Will I be framing this one? HECK YES! Ektor is teaching Hannah how to dance the Greek way:

Ektor looks fantastic! Whatever he is doing, he needs to keep it up! And you, my beautiful daughter, are a star!
Can't wait to go to a REAL Greek restaurant in Athens!
Love, Mom
Yes, Ektor looks amazing and he is very diligent about his diet! On Saturday morning my dad cooked an awesome breakfast of bacon, eggs, fruit salad, potatoes, toast, and bagels. Ektor had a little bit of fruit and a piece of toast. I had potatoes, eggs, watermelon (not even the good fruit), and 2 pieces of toast. I am in serious need of getting my act together.
