It's gotten worse

Ok, so i went to the doctor yesterday. He gave me some cream and said it should get better, it didnt....it got worse. Im embarrassed to go outside to be honest and slightly freaking out. These things itch and are ugly. And I look swollen, but it could also be cause I just woke up.
