That is so cool that Ektor got to meet Gordon Ramsey. I watch so of his shows sometimes.
Ektor, was Gordon able to have a conversation without getting hot headed? I can't get past his personality to appreciate his cooking! And...did he give any samples?

Gordon's success is a result of his character. He was trained, among others by 2 extremely loud-mouthed and bullies of chefs and that's where he got his foul mouth from. He is a great guy, alas he curses a lot. When I went up to him I shook his hand and said "congrats on your work man, and listen; Despite what everyone else says, I still think you are a good man". To which he replied by looking at me in the eye; "Hey...Fuck'em". Listening to Gordon curse is half of the pleasure of meeting him.
