My 6th? foster, 8 week old Sammy. He was minutes away from the shot because the person who "found" him said that Sammy scratched him and wanted him put to sleep. Cruel, cruel people. Luckily I was able to rush down to the pound and save him. I've named him Leonidas which means lion-like in Greek after being inspired by the movie of the 300 Spartans (which I highly recommend).

Sammy loves to play catch! This morning he discovered this toy and would carry it around the bedroom teasing me to grab it from him and throw it and then he would go chasing after it. Such a cutie!

Ektor and I discovered that Sammy can walk on 2 legs, anything is possible in pursuit of something to catch.


Sammy LOVES to cuddle and will stay curled up with me all night long.
