I guess I think its hard to describe yourself.
I am just your ordinary (or not so ordinary) young 20s girl living in and loving NYC. I miss home but doing my best to make my mark in this crazy city.
I love animals, and have a sympathetic heart to those in need. I am a vegetarian and believe in animal rights, but am not fanatic about it nor do I push my beliefs (or eating preferences) on others.
I am laid back but conservative in some aspects.
I am a subway reader and a science nerd...always thirsty for new knowledge.
I am competitive by nature and tend to enjoy competition, but can’t say I always handle losing so well. I love sports, even if I am not so good at all of them, and enjoy the outdoors.
I live for science and medicine and believe they have molded me into the person I am today.
I can play poker with the boys so don’t be surprised if I bluff you with a 2 and 3 off suit or surprise you with pocket Aces.
I am compassionate and sensitive to all living creatures.
I love my family; they will always be the closest people in my life. I often talk to my grandmother for an hour on the phone. My mom really is my best friend in the whole world.
I am religious, but not in a crazy fanatical kind of way. But I have definitely had my hard times and my God has always been there.
I live life passionately and whole heartedly and truly believe in living this life to its fullest. Or at least that’s what I’m trying to do.
I am originally from Arizona and I still have a little bit of the southwest in me.
I enjoy trying new things such as restaurants and movies, appreciating the arts, walking through central park, gin and tonics at local lounges, comedy show and those that can make me smile, and pretty much anything else.
Life really is too short to not make the best of it.
