Last night was such a strange night in the city. First of all, it was hot! I'm talking the type of hot where you start sweating the minute you walk out the door. Not Phoenix hot, but hot indeed. I finished up work semi-early and headed to south street seaport for dinner. The funny thing about the summer is the monsoons. They really make me smile. One minute it is absolutely pouring, the next sunny again. Or at least that was what was going on last night. Luckily, with the rain brought cooler temps. Had mexican food for dinner. It was just so so. But then again, ive had some good mexican food so Im a tough critic. Also tried a guava margarita. Ken thought it tasted like medicine, lol.
Finally headed over to THE Big Easy for a game of beer pong. It was supposed to be a girls vs. guys rematch but Edmund took off early. Poo on Edmund. Guess I was kinda late getting there though. It will be sad when he leaves, I will really miss him. But the night was great hanging out with Christine and Hamed. And it was too cool because Hamed, being the awesome friend that he is, gave me a ride home in his Z28 Camero! He even made the tires squeel for me. It was awesome I have to admit. I miss having a car. Even though my car was a Honda it still was better than the subway. Or at least better than the 4 train, in the Bronx that is. Cant wait to be taking the R/V/F!!!
Walked in the house to a bathroom filled with kitty poop from the little fur ball I am watching. Way to kill a buzz huh? So finished the night mopping and giving a kitten a bath. At least she smelled really good afterwards.
